Not at all! It’s all about simplicity and convenience. You don’t need to be a culinary expert to enjoy delicious plant-based meals. I’m here to provide practical tips and hacks that make the transition easy and enjoyable.

What is coaching?

Coaching is where a safe space is created to collaborate with clients in a process of reflection and creativity to maximize their full potential personally and professionally. Here’s a video explaining it.

How do I know if coaching is for me?

In my opinion, everyone needs a coach at some point in their life. Even the best players and athletes have coaches to guide and uncover motivation. If you’re feeling like it’s time for real change to happen and you need someone to be there for you, this is for you!

How will the sessions be done?

It’s going to be a time where the clients and the coach have agreed upon. Things can happen in life but ideally the client should make no changes to the agreed time no less than 6h before so as that it frees space for other clients. The sessions are on whatsapp or any other online platform.

What if it doesn’t work for me?

If after everything that the coach and client have tried with full coorperation and the client still feel that there’s no progress at all, not even the slightest bit of 1% or even worst, a full refund can be requested after an approriate time.
