Aujourd’hui, plus de 14 000 coachs dans 50 pays ont été formés au protocole Wellcoaches, conçu et testé pour la première fois entre 2000 et 2002.
De 2009 à 2020, des équipes de recherche ont réalisé et publié 22 études évaluées par des pairs sur le protocole Wellcoaches dans des revues scientifiques.

Chaque semaine, nous nous retrouvons en ligne pour un appel de 30 à 45 minutes afin de passer en revue vos objectifs hebdomadaires et d’en définir de nouveaux.
Le point culminant de la séance est la partie où vous pouvez discuter de vos envies, explorer et vous connaître grâce à des réflexions éclairantes.

I started cooking more often, doing more activities… helped me follow my goals… adjust accordingly
I work full time job currently and trying to get my own business started. My passion is and goals are to mainly linked with veganism. To promote and push more of it to the world. In short more compassion towards the world. My other goal is to be fit on a personal level – physically and mentally.
I was not taking care of my body as much as I wanted to because of workload mainly. The program was interesting enough for me to wanna try it out. I know that having a coach as an accountable buddy would have helped me so I took the chance.
I started cooking more often. Doing more activities to keep myself physically fit. Coaching helped me follow my goals by having regular session and talking about the progress made and adjust accordingly to what was and wasn’t working.
I intend to be doing the goals that were set during the coaching. To cook more and eat more nutritious food. To workout more and have breakfast regularly etc. and to take care of my body 😊

I love swimming and dancing. My goal is to be an excellent dancer and a highly skilled and successful person.
I was sure about my goals and the right path, but was not able to follow the right path, due to distractions and procrastination. When I got the information about this coaching program of Jessica, I was excited to try it out. I know from my past experience that sharing your objectives makes you more determined to strive hard towards their accomplishment.
All coaching sessions were conducted in a highly professional manner and methodically. We worked on two goals predominantly, the first one being “Intermittent fasting” and the second one “Learning Kizomba”. During the week, I used to remember that I have goals to respect and hence was able to follow the right path towards the achievement of those goals. The act of tracking progress made me more accountable for the fulfillment of these goals.
