Bonjour, je suis Jessica @JessicaKiing_ sur Instagram.
Il y a plus que deux ans, j’ai traversé une période de crise très sombre.
Mon anxiété était telle que mon corps n’arrivait plus à la gérer. Il me disait de persévérer, sinon il me lachait.
C’est à ce moment-là que j’ai vécu ma transformation.
Ma vie est désormais remplie de soins personnels et de relations. Mon dévouement et ma volonté permettent à moi-même de vivre une meilleure vie et pleine de sens.
Même les petits pas comptent.

I started cooking more often, doing more activities… helped me follow my goals… adjust accordingly
I work full time job currently and trying to get my own business started. My passion is and goals are to mainly linked with veganism. To promote and push more of it to the world. In short more compassion towards the world. My other goal is to be fit on a personal level – physically and mentally.
I was not taking care of my body as much as I wanted to because of workload mainly. The program was interesting enough for me to wanna try it out. I know that having a coach as an accountable buddy would have helped me so I took the chance.
I started cooking more often. Doing more activities to keep myself physically fit. Coaching helped me follow my goals by having regular session and talking about the progress made and adjust accordingly to what was and wasn’t working.
I intend to be doing the goals that were set during the coaching. To cook more and eat more nutritious food. To workout more and have breakfast regularly etc. and to take care of my body 😊
Passionate of veganism and more compassion
Sessions were conducted in a highly professional manner and methodically… I was able to accomplish the goals set for this coaching program, hence can be sure that it works… brainstorming ideas to stay on track
I love swimming and dancing. My goal is to be an excellent dancer and a highly skilled and successful person.
I was sure about my goals and the right path, but was not able to follow the right path, due to distractions and procrastination. When I got the information about this coaching program of Jessica, I was excited to try it out. I know from my past experience that sharing your objectives makes you more determined to strive hard towards their accomplishment.
All coaching sessions were conducted in a highly professional manner and methodically. We worked on two goals predominantly, the first one being “Intermittent fasting” and the second one “Learning Kizomba”. During the week, I used to remember that I have goals to respect and hence was able to follow the right path towards the achievement of those goals. The act of tracking progress made me more accountable for the fulfillment of these goals.
I was able to accomplish the goals set for this coaching program, hence can be sure that it works. The methodology learnt for tackling these goals, especially brainstorming ideas to stay on track and remove hurdles, will help realize new goals in future too. I see myself as a highly efficient and a philanthropist who works towards making this world a better place for all.
