TRANSFORMING YOUR LIFE FROM YOUR PLATE

FOOD FOR LIFE PROGRAM

Food for Life is an award-winning program that exists since 2001 and it teaches nutrition education and cooking to reduce diet-related diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and cancer.

Designed by physicians, nurses, and dietitians from PCRM (more details below), Food for Life classes promote healthful eating based on the latest scientific research.

Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM)

The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine is a nonprofit organization that is working to dramatically change the way doctors treat chronic diseases such
as diabetes, heart disease, obesity, and cancer.

By prioritizing prevention over pills,
doctors are empowering patients to take control of their own health.

So what’s the link with me?

It was my birthday in 2026 and I renew my commitment to share more compassion and kindness.

These workshops are your entry point.

I became the first certified trainer of the program in France in 2024 and the cooking classes have consistently impacted the lives of the participants.

But Jessica, how did these cooking classes come about?

Talking with some of you, there’s a real need to take care of ourselves, to listen to our bodies, to feel good in our own skin, and to experience that positive energy so we can stay committed to the things we care about.

And it all starts with what we fuel our bodies with.

Without it, we can’t move forward.

It’s essential to have clean energy, the energy that allows us to move forward with our projects, be present in our daily lives, help parents, children, and friends, and breathe.

The cooking workshops offered are part of the “Eat to Live” program which has existed since 2001.

It is grounded in science, validated by decades of nutrition research, and it has finally been available in France since 2024.

Thousands of people around the world have transformed their health with this approach—their energy, their weight, their daily well-being.

Not through diets. Not through deprivation. Through what they put on their plates.

What will change in 2026?

I will continue to organize moments of sharing and exchange.

It’s not just about cooking or tasting, but about connection and kindness.

I strongly believe that convivial moments contribute to a better understanding of ourselves, our energy, our health, and our relationship with food.

    Some photos to inspire you

I had the privilege of attending an in person cooking class with Jessica. The cooking session was very well organized with a lot of information about the benefits of a Vegan diet. This was followed by a live demonstration and instructions about some cool Vegan recipes from Smothies to Dessert! Best part was that we got to enjoy the freshly made recipes. Jessica is very professional and patiently answers all your doubts with ease and grace. I highly recommend her cooking classes to everyone.

I loved Jessica’s course ! it was Interactive and well organised, everyone was curious. It’s a teaser of what this vegetal nutritional program is made of : simple recipes for busy people. Quinoa is the ingredient I am missing in my diet and I never thought of frying my veggies without oil ! I recomand it to those who want to change their bad habits and learn more.

    Yannis Mataillet

I took part in a very informative plant-based cooking class on the effects of our diet on the brain. The session was well structured and well paced, with theoretical periods and practical periods where we witnessed the creation of several recipes/tastings from starter to dessert 😋 The course was interactive and fun, and we left with the recipes and documentation to explore the subject in more depth. Thank you Jessica for your expertise, your kindness and your energy!
